I. Copyright and Usage

•As the artist i hold the rights to post the commissioned pieces,unless the client specifically requested their order to be made private.
and i have the rights to display the pieces in my social media

•I have the rights to decline a commission if i am uncomfortable, or cannot proceed with it

•You as the Client cannot have the rights to resell it and alter it once it's done

•Commissioned artworks bought from me are NEVER allowed to be used for AI or NFT purposes

•First come,First server. you as the client can set a deadline or want it rushed,(Please do note it has fees)

•Clients has rights to upload and use it for personal use only,If you are going to post it,please credit me or link my social media

II. Payment

•Paypal and Gcash are the only method of Payment(If you are a local in the Philippines gcash is okay)
Paypal I will send via Invoice

•Down payment can be made 50% first so i can start sketching. Before giving the final piece the other 50% must be paid

•Full Payment can be also done•Refunds are strictly not allowed!!!•Additional Details are starting from $2-$20 depending how complicated or how details are added

•I am willing to wait for you to pay the other 50%,If one week has passed(But if there is any valid reasons, I shall accept it) if still no other 50% of the payment.
I will put you in the Blacklist and strictly I won't Refund you•If A month had passed still no half payment. I will call you out then again you will only received a heavily watermarked low quality commission and be added to the Blacklist i do not wish to work with again

III. Revision

•1 Major Revision is allowed if its only the sketching phase, 2 Minor Revisions in Lineart.(But sometimes i redo sketches for free if i am not feeling the sketch)•There will be additional charges added,if you will ask for revisions after the piece is done. $5 will be charged•Depending if you want to add something or remove, if its small then we can talk about it and i can surely do it for free

IV. Process

•You as the client will dm me through my Social media or My email address which is [email protected]•Going to the order sheet you will need to fill up your form or Step.•I will provide updates (Sketch,lineart,colored) then update you on when it will be finished•My turnaroundtime is [1 month-3 months](p.s Update),Please be patient. Commission me if you are willing to wait. I am a college student currently and is busy Thank you<333•Once Client has read my ToS, and agreed. You can now send your drive link containing the materials
(If custom character,The client will inform me that they have finished their form)•Delivering the finished piece
I will send a heavy water marked piece through dms. Then you will receive two versions (one non water marked, and Transparent png.I will not send the whole file) in gmail or Drive

Webtoon Style Info:

•Client can ask for insert text speeches with dialogues.(It's free)•Depending I can do 2 panels, But additional character is the same price.•Background $5-$10,Plain or added effect are free•Same steps in how to order :>
